MUSIC PASTOR ROLE (£Minimum wage)

Scheduling events such as Church services, corporate events, charity galas, and other social functions where music is needed.
⦁    Training and supervising the choir director and ensuring that they are following the church’s guidelines for music performance
⦁    Coordinating and managing the musical activities of the church, including hiring musicians and directing choirs
⦁    Creating and maintaining a library of sheet music, recordings, and other materials related to the church’s music program
⦁    Developing a strategic plan to increase participation in the church’s music programs
⦁    Organizing and managing the church choir, including hiring new members and planning rehearsals
⦁    Creating and implementing a music program for the church based on its vision and mission statement
⦁    Coordinating special music events such as holiday concerts or special performances by guest artists
⦁    Advising church leaders on music topics such as style, selection of songs, instrumentation, and arrangement of music

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR(VOLUNTARYx2)

The Role
We are looking to recruit volunteers who are energetic to oversee the management and development of the various community projects that we run as a church.
Essential requirements:

Demonstrable experience in supervising volunteers.
· Experience of planning and running practical outdoor volunteer community activities
· Experience of writing risk assessments, and assessing/addressing health and safety risks
· Experience of liaising with external partneres regarding planning and delivery of volunteer tasks
· Excellent verbal and good written communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience of working within a team environment
· Good organizational / admin skills and attention to detail
· Good IT skills including experience of Microsoft Office
· Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks. Good time management skills and ability to work autonomously
· Flexible in terms of working times (role will include  weekend working)
